About

Hands-on leadership, built from the ground up

I'm the Director of Technology Operations and Information Technology at Arc Games, where I was promoted from IT Manager to oversee online game operations, data center, and IT across North America, Amsterdam, and Shanghai. My career started at the desktop, and that hands-on background still shapes how I lead.

I build cross-trained, well-documented teams and a service-first IT culture supporting staff and contractors in more than 26 countries. I look for ways to automate workflows and remove routine manual work so teams can focus on higher-value projects. I've delivered data center consolidations without unexpected downtime, moved the company to cloud identity, and led SOC 2 compliance from audit to audit.

Today I'm especially focused on practical AI adoption: partnering with our CTO to expand the company's AI footprint and putting the governance in place to use it well.

Open to remote technology leadership roles.

Key strengths

Where I add the most value

Infrastructure & cloud

Led three data center and environment consolidations (CoreSite Boston, Equinix Santa Clara, and the Los Gatos dev environment) with no unexpected downtime. Migrated critical operations to GCP and AWS and upgraded secure, segmented networks for multinational offices.

Security & compliance

Led multiple SOC 2 Type 2 audits, with a standing review of security gaps and remediation. Coordinated penetration testing and PCI controls, and built incident response and business continuity plans. Hands-on with Zscaler zero trust, Mimecast, ESET EDR, and DLP.

Multi-region leadership

Lead IT and operations across North America, Amsterdam, and Shanghai, including the technology side of a Shanghai studio acquisition, a full company rebrand, and the ongoing merger of Cryptic Studios IT into one unified environment.

Identity & access

Moved the company from on-premises hybrid SSO to the JumpCloud cloud identity provider with Microsoft Entra ID, implementing SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and access lifecycle management across Atlassian, Slack, and Microsoft 365.

Endpoint management

Standardized a mixed Windows and macOS fleet and its device lifecycle, with unified endpoint management and patching using Altiris, SCCM, and Atera. Built onboarding and offboarding processes that held up through an acquisition and rebrand. My SCCM experience translates directly to Microsoft Intune, since both are part of Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

AI governance & adoption

At Arc Games I'm drafting the company AI use policy, completed our first companywide onboarding to the Claude client, and run an in-house employee contest to build AI-driven solutions for common workflows. I also use AI tools to automate security reports, service desk dashboards, patch management, and security playbooks.
